Introducing South Pond Football Clubs Inaugural Home Kit! The blue is meant to represent the waters of the South Pond of Lincoln Park with the Cream and feathered background representing the elegance of the Swan. Why the Swan? In 1868 the Lincoln Park Zoo was founded with the gift of 2 Swans by Central Park’s Board of Commissioners to Lincoln Park. We are a community based team doing our best to bring people together on and off the pitch.
